Before making any final decisions on advancing the Governor’s Parkway Overpass Project, the City of Hammond conducted a survey of Hessville residents to assess the true impact of stalled trains on the community most affected by this issue. This effort ensured that resident concerns and experiences are carefully considered in the decision-making process.
